“Operation candy man’ nets chocolate-covered mushroom bars
The St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s news release called it “Operation Candy Man” and it took chocolate-covered mushroom bars off the street.
According to Sheriff Bobby Guidroz on May 16 the narcotics unit searched Earl T. Johnson’s vehicle and found 21 individually wrapped chocolate mushroom bars and a semi automatic handgun.
