March 17
Judah Barber, 18, 100 block of Paiute Lane, Opelousas. Public display of a noose on property of another or public place; intent to intimidate.

March 20
Nathaniel Randall, 43, 200 block of Smitty Rd., Sunset. Disturbing the peace, Obstruction public passage, resisting an officer.
Tarmarcus Leger Sam, 25, 800 block of Peggy St., Opelousas. Public intimidation, entry or remain/after forbidden.
Gerald Hardy, 55, 1200 block of Garland, Opelousas. DWI 1st offense, careless operation of a motor vehicle.
Michael David Stermer, 33, 300 block of Florida St., Krotz Springs. Attempt monetary instrument abuse.

Michael Ray Lastrapes, age 47, 100 block of Elise St., Opelousas. DWI 3rd offense, reckless operation of a vehicle, failure to drive on right side, driving on roadway lanes for traffic, operating vehicle with suspended license, other offenses. Arrested by Louisiana State Police.
