Joel Kevin Anderson, 54, 800 block of Halphen St., Opelousas. Bench warrant; notification of sex offenders and child; failure to register as a sex offender; special sex offender ID cards required; failure to register and notify as a sex offender.
March 9
Trena D. Constantine, 48, 2000 block of Federal Road., Opelousas. Theft; four counts of possession of schedule II drugs.
Jameson Brice Lagrange, 20, 100 block of Perry Lane, Leonville. Four counts of aggravated cruelty to animals. Arrested by Louisiana Livestock Brand Commission.
Wilford Frank Phenice Jr., 25, 400 block of North East Street, Eunice. Leased-movable/failure to return.
