Devante Dwayne Richard, 27, 700 block of Mia Street, Opelousas. Manufacturing schedule II CDS, possession with intent to distribute schedule II CDS, possession of schedule I CDS, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of uniform CDS law (drug free zone). Arrested by Opelousas Police.
