Bench warrant (2 counts), careless operation of a motor vehicle, no seat belt, child restraint violation, failure to report a crash, cancelled license plate, failure to register vehicle, driving under suspension, resisting an officer, interfering with the duties of a Louisiana State Police Trooper, simple escape. Marvin J. Leday, 35, 200 block of Prudhomme Street, Opelousas. Failure to signal, possession with intent to distribute schedule I CDS, transactions involving proceeds from drug offenses. Arrested by Opelousas Police Department.
