Rayne Police detectives need help to locate Dustin Ray Magnon, who is a suspect in a shooting that occurred during a dice game on March 25 in the 400 block of North Bradford Street.
Magnon, 23, is described as black male, 5’5” in height and weighing 137 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and his last known address is 683 Virginia Road in Church Point.
The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries and was later released from the hospital.
Magnon is wanted for attempted second-degree murder and felon in possession of a firearm. Warrants have been issued for his arrest.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Magnon is urged to call the tips line at 789-TIPS or download the P3 app on a mobile device to report a tip anonymously.
All callers will remain anonymous and can receive up to a $1,000 cash reward for information leading to an arrest in this case.
