A suspect in the shooting death of Bethany Walters pleaded guilty to negligent homicide on Monday, according to a news release from St. Landry Parish District Attorney Chad Pitre.
Pitre said Michael Guillory was charged with second-degree murder of Walters, who died of a gunshot wound on Jan. 25, 2016.
