Teen wounded for 2nd time

A 14-year-old Eunice teen was wounded for the second time this year, according to Eunice Police Chief Randy Fontenot in a news release. Police were dispatched to a report of shots fired near the intersection of Jelks and Ulysses streets at 7:08 p.m. Tuesday. Police found the teen wounded in the hip.
