Eunice Police are charging a woman with negligent homicide and obstruction of justice in a fatal wreck that occurred at East Maple Avenue and Lewis Street on Aug. 13.
Arrested was Auriel Michel Le Olivier, 32, of the 7100 block of Ozenne Road, Jeanerette. She is also charged with reckless operation and driving under suspension.
