A 31-year-old woman arrived at the St. Landry Parish Jail on Sunday and confessed to physically and sexually abusing her children, both under the age of four, according to a news release from Sheriff Bobby Guidroz.
Keirsten White is charged with indecent behavior with juveniles, first-degree rape, sexual battery and cruelty to juveniles – minor injuries.
