DeVillier ‘frustrated’ by veto

State Rep. Phillip DeVillier said he is frustrated by Gov. John Bel Edwards’ veto of his bill intended to spur oil and gas activity. The governor vetoed his House Bill 29 on Wednesday. DeVillier said, “The bill was obviously to do what we can to put people back to work.
