With the official start of fall practices set for Aug. 1, the Blue Jays completed their summer 7-on-7 competition last week at St. Thomas More in Lafayette.
According to St. Edmund head football coach James Shiver, the weekly competitions helped make the summer workouts more fun and also helped build team chemistry.
