MAURICE - Eunice High's Carli Boone hit a two run single in the top of the eighth inning and the Lady Cat defense held in the bottom of the frame to seal a 5-4 win over North Vermilion to advance to the Class 4-A state semifinals at Frasch Park in Sulphur.
