OPELOUSAS – The Vikings exploded for 24 points in the second quarter to help Opelousas Catholic cruise to a 54-20 win over St. Edmund in the opening round of the Div. IV football playoffs.
No. 15 OC (8-3) travels to No. 2 Central Catholic of Morgan City for a regional round contest. No. 18 St. Edmund closes the season with a 5-6 overall record.
