IOTA – The Bulldogs exploded for four runs in the first inning as No. 4 Iota opened the playoffs Monday with a 8-3 win over No. 29 Albany.
Gavin Leblanc and Tyler Lejeune both walked and scored when Dawson Wallace reached on an error.
Wallace would later score on a wild pitch as Iota led 3-0.
Nicholas Duplechain singled and courtesy runner Eli Ardoin scored on a hit by Andrew Mouton.
