After absorbing an 18-5 setback to Iowa earlier in the week, the St. Edmund Varsity Lady Jays responded the way good teams do.
They outslugged Rayne 15-14 in a thriller and then exploded for a 27-9 win over Northside Christian, piling up 42 runs across two games and reminding everyone just how dangerous their lineup can be when it finds its rhythm.
