BATON ROUGE –– LSU celebrated a record-breaking commencement, awarding 2,154 degrees during the university’s 318th commencement exercises on Dec. 19.
The graduating class included 1,494 undergraduate degrees and certificates and 660 graduate degrees and certificates, with a record-breaking 545 master’s degrees awarded. Among the graduates, 214 earned honors distinctions.
