After a stint as a state representative, Jack Montoucet has served seven years as the secretary of the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries.
Dating back to his years in the House, Montoucet has visited the Crowley Lions Club on numerous occasions as guest speaker. It had been a while since his last visit.
