On the heels of being named Louisiana Superintendent of the Year, St. Landry Parish School Superintendent Patrick Jenkins was rated as “Developing/Needs Improvement” by School Board members.
The rating came after a meeting closed to the public.
Jenkins declined to comment about the evaluation after the Thursday meeting.
