Why is the City Lake closed Sunday?

When the city’s Facebook page posted that the City Lake would be closed Sunday for a film production, the result was more than 12,000 views, Mayor Scott Fontenot said. And the speculation was the production had something to do with the 15- car train derailment at the site in May 2000.
