LeBas announces for District 28 Senate seat

State Rep. H. Bernard LeBas, of Ville Platte, announced his candidacy for District 28 of the Louisiana State Senate. LeBas has represented House District 38 for the past 12 years. A lifelong resident of Ville Platte, he grew up with four brothers and three sisters.
