Acadian Medical Center giving COVID-19 vaccinations

The supply may be limited, but Acadian Medical Center is joining the effort to provide the COVID-19 vaccine to the public. Kevin Frank, CEO, said the hospital gained access to the vaccine this month. Acadian Medical Center is not on the state Department of Health’s list of vaccine sites.

Acadian Medical Center announces year’s first baby

Owen Dean Christ is the first baby of the new year born at Acadian Medical Center in Eunice. Owen was born at 6:32 p.m. Jan. 1 and weighed 6 pounds and 14 ounces and measured 19 3/4 inches long. His parents, Logan and Kristie Christ, are from Mamou.
