World Championship Crawfish Etouffeé Cook-off is today

The steaming hot crawfish étouffeé is likely to taste extremely good on Sunday as the weather forecast calls for a high in the mid-50s and cloudy. The 34th annual World Championship Crawfish Etouffeé Cook-off is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. today at the Northwest Pavilion on Samuel Drive.

Etouffée cookoff set in March

The Eunice Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the City of Eunice will present the 34th Annual World Championship Crawfish Etouffee Cook-off on March 31. The festivities begin on March 30 from 8 p.m.

Etouffeé is ready at 10 a.m. Sunday at Cook-off

There is plenty of time today to drop by the 32nd annual World Championship Crawfish Etouffee Cook-off. The Cook-off is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. today at the Northwest Pavilion, 651 Samuel Dr., Eunice.
