Pineville, La., Aug. 29, 2017 – Tropical Storm Harvey is expected to make landfall south of Lake Charles on Wednesday morning and exit the northeast corner of Louisiana by Thursday night.
Harvey is a weak tropical storm, moving northeast towards the southwest Louisiana coast. Landfall projection is Wednesday morning in Cameron Parish as a tropical storm.
