The sixteen-year-old Eunice Symphony Orchestra is once again gearing up to ‘wow’ its audience. This year the concert, “Suite Music of the Night”, will be held on Sunday, April 9 at the historic Liberty Theater. The doors will open at 5 p.m. to begin admitting the audience, and the concert will begin at 6 p.m.
The program will feature a delightful variety of music, ranging from classical to opera to contemporary rock. Nancy Simon, founder and conductor of the symphony, added, “We have invited guest vocalists to enhance our performance this year. The four singers will display their talents in a choreographed production of selections from Phantom of the Opera.”
Tickets are $5 and are on sale now. Tickets can be obtained in advance by calling 580-2493 or at the door on concert night. Children six years of age and under will be admitted free.
