Acadian Baptist Center near Richard held its annual Men’s Retreat on Feb. 24-25. The speaker was Gevan Spinney, above, pastor of First Baptist Church of Haughton and president of the Louisiana Baptist Convention. Worship music was led by Chad Boudreaux of First Baptist Church of Crowley. The theme of the weekend was “The Call” and the men were encouraged to be leaders in their churches and families, and to heed God’s call to purity and compassion. (Submitted Photo)
