Within two to three weeks Eunice Police will have access to body cameras, Police Chief Kyle LeBouef said at Tuesday’s Board of Aldermen meeting.
Twenty cameras will be ordered and police will be required to use them, he said.
A few officers use their own cameras now, he said.
The city will have a three-year upgrade provision in a five-year contract, he said.
