First EHS alum tourney draws huge crowds over the weekend. Eunice High Principal Margaret Leger threw out the first pitch during Friday night’s opening ceremonies. Darryl Carrier of the Class of 1979 throws the ball to the infield during Sunday’s championship game against the classes of 1968-1978.
One for all, and all for one. Physical Education students of St. Edmund Elementary teachers Erica Zaunbrecher and Stephanie Trahan react to canopies falling after being released by the students. The canopy-raising, in addition to being exercise, teaches team building and cooperation in lifting and lowering it.
