Monty K. Bates, 60, 100 block of Opal Street, Eunice. Careless operation and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Quitin McCall Mouton, 35, 100 block of Gum Street, Eunice. Two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of simple criminal damage to property and home invasion.
