Vance James Manuel, 46, homeless. Violation of protective orders.
Gavin Andrew Fontenot, 22, 600 block of South 2nd Street, Eunice. Possession of marijuana 14 grams or less.
Brittany Nicole Manuel, 30, 600 block of South 7th Street, Eunice. Illegal possession of stolen things valued less than $1,000.
Kiera Tyler, 28, 600 block of Arkansas Avenue, Opelousas. Theft.
