Eunice Police hold school supply drive

The Eunice Police Department is holding a school supply drive to aid teachers in the community to receive necessary items for their classrooms and alleviate their out of pocket expenses.
Supply donations can be dropped at the Eunice Police Department in the front lobby. Upon request, an officer will pick up supplies within the city limits.
Monetary donations can be brought to Bertrand’s Printing & Office, 115 S. 2nd St., and placed into the Teacher’s Supply Drive account.
Suggested items to donate include dry erase markers, dry erase cleaning spray, sticky notes, hand sanitizer, paper towels, tissue, copy paper, paper clips, staples, cleaning spray/wipes, disinfectant spray, quart or gallon plastic bags, pens, scissors and bulletin board materials.
Other school supplies also will be accepted.
Police will also accept school supplies for the teachers who need to give assistance to students.
The goal is to assist every school in our community.
