Garan Plant building sold

Church Point Mayor Ryan “Spanky” Meche has announced the sale of the Garan Plant. Ben Richard of Church Point was to close on the building. The sale of the 72,000-square-foot, 28-year-old structure was first announced at the July 2019, meeting of the Church Point Town Council.
