The following are arrests reported by the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office. April 23 Megan Reed Francois, 33, 2200 block of Duculus Road, Mamou. Access device fraud. Arrested by St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office. Jimmy Roy Bryant, 46, 1600 block of Dwight Street, Opelousas.

A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday , April 24, 2019, at 11:00 AM at Quirk and Son Funeral Home in Eunice. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Eunice. Reverend Mike Fontenot will officiate.

Unrestrained driver killed in head-on crash in St. Landry Parish

A two-vehicle fatal crash on La. 105 near Artall Road in St. Landry Parish took the life of 21-year-old Micky O’Connor of Krotz Springs. according to a news release from Louisiana State Police Troop I. The crash occurred at about 5:15 p.m. April 18.
