20-year-old driver killed in crash on La. 13

Troopers with Louisiana State Police Troop I troopers were notified of a two-vehicle fatality crash on La. 13 near Gradney Lane shortly after 12 a.m. on Thursday. The crash claimed the life of 20-year-old Kimberly Thomas of Ville Platte.
