DA Pitre: Juveniles face adult justice in violent crimes

St. Landry Parish District Attorney Chad Pitre says he will treat juveniles suspected of violent crimes as adults. “Since I’ve been here every juvenile violent crime that came across my desk we’ve asked that it be treated as an adult,” he said in a phone interview.
