The following are arrests reported by the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office. October 1 Brian Keith Watley, 36, 600 block of Nimitz Street, Eunice. Second degree battery, bench warrant. Arrested by Eunice Police. Marvin Lee Freeman, 34, 1200 block of Jesse B Road, Church Point.

Cleco to reinstate disconnect procedures and late fees today

With long-term, interest-free payment plans in place to assist customers with past due bills, Cleco will reinstate disconnect procedures and late fees starting Oct. 1. The temporary reimbursement of the KUBRA online payment processing fees ended Sept. 30.
