An LSUE OLLI French Table on Friday was enjoyed by a group of Mardi Gras people. They were, from left, Gerald Fontenot, Etheline Miller, Margaret Ardoin, Carrol Ardoin, Ching Wasmuth, Sheila Landreneau, Pat Landreneau and Matt Fudge. The group enjoyed boudin, cracklins and king cake. They also talked about their Mardi Gras costumes and how they were made. On Friday, there will be a French table with a discussion on how to boil crawfish. The French Table begins at 9 a.m. at the Continuing Education Room 117 at LSUE. (Photo Submitted)
