15:59 Fire chief advised of possible arson and burglary with theft guns at 141 South Aymond.
16:25 Lobby complaint. Woman said man broke her phone.

22:02 Woman in the 900 block of West Park receiving threatening text message.

23:12 Disturbance at apartment in the 800 block of South Beulah.
23:15 Odor of drugs in vehicle. Consent to search and found nothing. Driver had child unrestrained and decided to leave vehicle on side of the road and walk two blocks home with child. Admitted smoking earlier and was observed recording the police officers while conducting their traffic stop.
