Patricia Etienne, 52, 600 block of MLK Street, Opelousas. Simple arson. Arrested by State Fire Marshal.
Rebecca Ann Marks, 48, 11200 block of Hwy. 190, Opelousas. Bench warrant, criminal trespass.
