14:26 Donald Richard said his vehicle was stolen from his law office at 211 North 2nd St. White Dodge Nitro. Did not see suspects. Two bikes left at the scene.
14:35 Stolen vehicle belongs to Charlie Tire. Mr. Richard was test driving it.
