Christopher Thibodeaux and Angel Stevens, both second-graders at Eunice Elementary, were honored as Character Counts Heroes.
The Eunice Players’ Theatre was in rehearsal for “Fiddler on the Roof” directed by Debi Crawford. Cast members included Kristi Burleigh, Alexandra Broussard, Sarah Bassett, Darrell LeJeune and Holley Bell.
Kelly Cook, a ninth grade student at St. Edmund High School, was selected as a counselor at a week-long French-speaking camp at Acadian Village in Lafayette.
Custodians John Thibodeaux and Melvin Lafleur of Highland Elementary were treated on Custodian’s Day.
