The following is an arrest by Eunice Police.
August 21
James Price, 26, 100 block of Fruge Street, Eunice. Two counts aggravated assault with a firearm, two counts of illegal use of controlled substance in the presence of persons under 17, possession with intent to distribute Schedule I drug 28 grams or more, violation of drug-free zone, possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by felon/ in presence of controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of child restraints or seat belts, and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
