21:30 St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office called and asked for help at Tractor Supply with a theft. There is a white truck loading things up right now.
22:05 Caller from Crestview Apartments said someone is messing car.
22:47 Caller said neighbor in the 700 block of Richard is stealing water by running a hose from his house to the other.

11:14 Pursuit has stopped and subject is in custody.
11:15 Ambulance called. May have to transfer subject to hospital. Pepper spray was used.
