15:40 Caller said male stole money from her and she is holding him in residence in the 500 block of Pearl.

19:00 Vehicle is stopped on road across from Highland Elementary in ditch with water.
20:01 Caller saw two subjects on Cotton exchanging what seemed to be drugs.
