3-vehicle wreck

A wreck involving three vehicles occurred at 9:46 a.m. Thursday at U.S. 190 and Martin Luther King Drive in Eunice. Eunice Police Officer Dane Wilson said a pickup truck driven by Marlon Guidry, of Eunice, ran a red light while southbound on Martin Luther King. The SUV, shown above, was being driven west by Elizabeth Johnson, of Opelousas, and was hit and ended up colliding with a semi-trailer truck driven by John Beal of Oklahoma. Guidry was cited for a red light violation. Guidry and a passenger in his pickup, and Johnson were taken to Acadian Medical Center for treatment.
