Jamie Gianni Joseph, 18, 800 block of South Orange Street, Lafayette. Summons for hit and run driving.
Samantha Lee Ann Barwell, 23, 300 block of Perrotti, Eunice. Probation violation and simple possession of marijuana.
Amos William Mercer, 27, 400 block of Highway 878, Oak Grove. Unauthorized use of a access card and parole hold from Madison.
Taylor Fontenot, 21, 400 block of LSUE Drive, Eunice. Simple battery, two counts of criminal damage to property, two counts of aggravated battery and disturbing the peace.
