Chad E. Miller, 45, 300 block of Ulysse Street, Eunice. Stalking.
Albert J. Joubert, 38, 2000 block of Ford Lane, Basile. Flight from an officer in a vehicle, no insurance, license plate expired, MVI sticker expired and driver’s license suspension-revocation.
Deshawn Ceasor, 38, 100 block of Belleau Road, Church Point. Failure to signal when turning, switched license plate, resisting an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of drug-free zone, possession of synthetic cannabinoid first conviction, possession of Schedule II drug 2 to 27 grams, no insurance and no driver’s license on person.
