Randy Thontane Pickens, 40, 600 block of Congress Street, Opelousas. Obstructing public passages, driver’s license suspension-revocation, disturbing the peace, resisting a police officer with force or violence, public intimidation and retaliation.
Kiarrah Zantannah Koehler, 20, 1000 block of Jordan Drive, St. Martinville. Resisting a police officer with force or violence and disturbing the peace.
