19:04 Woman said her 5-year-old granddaughter was punched in the face by a 10-year-old neighbor at the apartments in the 800 block of South Beulah.
19:12 Underage kids smoking in blue minivan in the 400 block of Corn.
19:15 Boy, 8, was beat up by neighbor who is 11 in the 1800 block of Dudley.
