15:48 Man in the middle of road at U.S. 190 and La. 13.
15:49 Gentleman dropped tool box in the middle of the road and retrieved. Road is clear.
18:43 Caller from 900 block of North 5th said his uncle is not paying for the trailer that he is living and he doesn’t have electricity or water, and they also have a child living there.
